Journalist Carl Bernstein speaks for Wilks Lecture, October 14

bernsteinnowThe Harry T. Wilks Distinguished Lecture Series on Social Issues and Current Events was endowed by the late Harry T. Wilks, a prominent Hamilton lawyer, businessman, and philanthropist.

The 2014 speaker is Pulitzer Prize Winning Journalist/Author and Political Analyst, Carl Bernstein. Mr. Bernstein will discuss “Current Events, the Media, and Truth.”

The event will take place in Parrish Auditorium on the Miami University Hamilton campus on Tuesday, October 14 at 7 PM. Tickets are free but required. Order tickets online or call 513.785.3020.

About the speaker

Mr. Bernstein shared a Pulitzer Prize with Bob Woodward for his coverage of Watergate for The Washington Post. His most recent book is the acclaimed biography, A Woman in Charge: The Life of Hillary Rodham Clinton. Among other works, he is the author, with Woodward, of All the President’s Menand The Final Days, and, with Marco Politi, of His Holiness: John Paul II and the History of Our Time.
