Learn About the History of the Cincinnati Reds

Join the Hamilton Lane Library on Thursday, June 11, 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. for “A Brief History of the Cincinnati Reds.” Gary Crouch will share historical highlights of Cincinnati’s professional baseball team from the days as the first all-professional franchise through the Big Red Machine era and beyond. Check out the vintage books, postcards, autographs and other memorabilia of this beloved local team.

About the speaker: Gary Crouch has been a Cincinnati Reds fan since he was 9 years old. He has had many articles published on the Cincinnati Reds and sports collectibles including some last year. He is employed at the Cincinnati Museum Center, and volunteers at the Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame Museum. He has attended classes on baseball and the Reds from Kevin Grace and Greg Rhodes and his working on a book about the Reds.
